I have been hunting for a Keto Certified, plant-based protein bar with clean ingredients. I have tried many different bars and wanted to like them even with compromises. Oh, and by the way, I wanted it to taste great with no added sugar. But, to put it mildly, I had not found a dang thing.

Until I discovered Dang bars. These bars more than tick all the boxes. They are Keto Certified, with just 3-5 grams of net carbs. Only 2-3 grams of natural sugar, nine grams of protein, and 15-16 grams of healthy plant-based fats.

The Dang bars come in six flavors, Crazy Rich Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Lemon Matcha, Mint Chocolate, Toasted Coconut, and Almond Cookie, my favorite.

If you like coconut, then you will like these bars. However, these Dang bars tend to be more on the drier side compared to other protein bars. So if you are looking for a candy bar texture, these may not be for you.

The Dang bars also average around 210 calories per bar, if that concerns you. A box of 12 bars costs about $29 on Amazon.
